If there is a manufacturing defect to your piece, an exchange or store credit will be issued. Due to our giving policy, we cannot accept returns. 


At Coastal, we offer exchanges or store credit for pieces returned to us within two weeks of receiving your item. For your exchange to be accepted, we ask that your returned jewelry is unworn and is in its original packaging (for protection when shipping). The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
